RGE - Bolivia: Economic Consequences of the New Constitution
Here is a perspective in English about the economic implications of the new constitution. It will be some time until we can see clearly what really happens at the national / macro level. ANY change from the existing economic/legal underpinnings will worry some folks. Stay tuned. This Saturday is the official proclamation of the new constitution. It will take place in La Paz/El Alto and will undoubtedly be accompanied by several presidential decrees and LOTS of commentary.
