World Food Day-2009
One thousand million people hungry. Hard to believe. This chart at the referenced URL above will take you to some disturbing statistics. But we can not avoid them. The article breaks out the statistics by continent. Latin America / The Americas don't have that many hungry. With 53 million lacking the food they need and deserve.
What to do? Some of us have skipped one or more meals today. Some have responded to rallys.
